Accessibility statement

The parking space for the Courtyard Bothy is nex to the entrance. The entrance gate opens onto a small pebble courtyard garden where there is access to the french doors. Both doors can be opened to make the access wider if required.

The Courtyard Bothy is on one level and open plan making it easy for anyone with limited mobility to stay and use all the facilities. The Bothy is not, however, recommended for wheelchair users as the space is limited and access to the bathroom would not be possible around the bed.

We have hypoallergenic bedding - we do not use feather or down in any of the bedding or cushions in the Bothy.

Subtitles can be turned on when watching the TV in the Bothy. To turn these on/off, plress the home button on the remote (with the house icon), select Settings by clicking the gear icon in the right hand corner of the screen, then select the Accessibility Menu. Select Closed Caption by toggling the button to on or off.

A floor plan of our property is provided in your welcome pack to help you orientate yourself prior to arrival. Welcome information is available in printed form and will be also available shortly electronicall, which means the text can be enlarged and read on your own device prior to arrival.

We, Karen and Neil, are contactable at all times. We live on site and when we are away or out, you will be provided with our contact details so that you can reach us at any time.
